Job Description:

• Ruby Developer with 5+ years of work experience in Ruby/Jruby development– ruby 2.0+ or Jruby 9.2.6+
• Deep expertise in object-oriented development, including design pattern knowledge backed by strong data structure fundamentals.
• Broad knowledge and experience in full lifecycle of Web Services/Application Development following agile methodology.
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
• Relational Databases, especially Oracle 12c and/or PostgreSQL.
• Ruby database libraries such as Sequel, Active Record.
• Exposure to tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD process is a plus.
• Knowledge of Source code control systems, especially Git.
• Good communication skills.

Pay:

Up to $70.88 per hour

Experience:

• Ruby: 6 years (Preferred)
• Ruby/Jruby development– ruby 2.0+ or Jruby 9.2.6+: 6 years (Preferred)
• Overall IT: 10 years (Preferred)
