Who We Are:

We are a small start-up, working as a collaborative studio team. We create unique and engaging pitch decks to give commercial production companies the competitive edge to win new business. Our clients pitch on jobs for TV commercials, films, TV, and streaming entertainment.

Who you are:

We are looking for an exceptional multi-skilled creative who is:

• An experienced ideas person who thinks quickly & confidently.
• Passionate about advertising, film, TV, and arts.
• Able to realize an idea quickly and to a high standard.
• Fluent with Adobe Suite (esp. Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Technically proficient. A quick computer user who has no issues managing and converting media files: video, gifs, and images.
• 5+ years professional experience working collaboratively at an agency, production company, creative studio or similar.

The job:

• Use your skills to help create and elevate these pitch decks so that our clients stand out from the competition and win the pitch.
• Source relevant imagery (video + stills) to help develop and realize our clients’ ideas.
• Build the presentation. We need to communicate these ideas clearly.
• Look for opportunities to make the pitch unique and engaging. This could be creating a comp in Photoshop, tracking or subtitling in After Effects, creating quick edits in Premiere… or building a futuristic scene in Midjourney. Every job is different, and the details can win it.
• These jobs have a quick turnaround. Each idea and script we help develop is new, interesting, and requires us to be reactive in our approach and use whatever tool exists to deliver the best work.

Nice-to-have bonus:

• Experience with web design (code/no code).
• Interest and experience with AI tools.

Further details:

• Freelance role with the scope to become more full-time.
• Rate is £325.
• Hours from 9am-7pm.
• Working in-person at our office in Brighton.
• Booking on a project-by-project basis (each project ~2-4 days).
