Contract: Contractor

Duties:

• Lead and direct musical performances for various events and productions
• Select and arrange musical pieces for rehearsals and performances
• Conduct rehearsals to ensure proper timing, dynamics, and interpretation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to musicians and performers
• Collaborate with other artistic staff to create cohesive productions
• Coordinate with technical staff to ensure proper sound and lighting for performances
• Attend meetings and rehearsals as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Music Director or similar role
• Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and arrangement
• Proficiency in conducting and leading musical ensembles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of musicians and performers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
