About Us:

Randell Design Group is a very busy architecture and interior design practice working on inspirational high-end residential projects on the beautiful south coast of England, in the Southdowns National Park and wider afield. We are based near Chichester, West Sussex, close to the nearby beaches of Witterings and Bracklesham and a stone’s throw from numerous picturesque coastal villages. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Interior Designer who will fit well into our close-knit office culture. You should be a talented designer, with excellent technical skills and exceptional client servicing skills.

Job Description:

• You will have at least three years post qualification experience, preferably in high-end residential
• Be technically proficient and competent in Sketch-Up, Photoshop, and Office based software
• Experience of AutoCAD, REVIT, and rendering software are desirable, along with the ability to design in both 2D and 3D
• You will most likely have a degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a busy office and manage a significant workload with tight deadlines
• You should be down-to-earth, personable, discreet and empathetic to our discerning clients’ needs
• You should be able to work closely with clients and collaboratively with the wider team
• You will need to have extensive experience and be competent in all phases of the design process from client briefings, contracts, concept development, technical design, FF&E specification, schedules, and procurement
• You will be an excellent designer but also have practical experience with function and specification

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in Interior Design in practice (required)
• Fluent in spoken and written English (required)
• Work authorization in the United Kingdom (required)

Salary:

£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
