Production Associate
Duties:
- Work with tools to assemble products
- Rotate through tasks
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Utilize machinery such as a pallet jack to load and move pallets
- Manual assembly required with the use of a glue gun, staples, nails, and more
- Basic computer skills such as email, ERP software, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed, up to 35lbs
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
