Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with WBZ-TV newsroom to produce compelling multimedia news experiences for the digital consumer.
• Recognize and produce compelling video content into multimedia posts for CBSBoston.com.
• Communicate clearly and work as a team with attention to detail.
• Execute effective, company-compliant messaging on Social Media platforms and apps.
• Program website section fronts to engage digital consumers.
• Optimize daily content production using SEO strategies.
• Track daily digital analytics and respond accordingly.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Has strong news judgment and a background in news writing and copy editing.
• Is an experienced journalist.
• Has a clear understanding of SEO strategies.
• Is detail-oriented and a good communicator.
• Has experience with digital media production.
