Job Description:

Angel-Guard Products, Inc, is seeking a hard-working and reliable production associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with our production team performing an array of functions that may include light assembly of consumer products, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse, and assisting with physical inventory counts. You will be expected to meet production quotas and have a team-player mentality while being committed to maintaining a safe and positive work environment. Entry-level position with opportunity for growth.

Duties:

Assembly

• Consults production schedule to prepare work area and equipment.
• Read orders and gather components needed to meet production schedules.
• Assemble products in compliance with existing SOPs and make suggestions for revisions as needed.
• Inspect product and package quality.
• Stage or stock finished product whenever necessary.
• Fill out daily production report clearly and accurately.

Shipping:

• Transport packed items to delivery pallets and assist in loading on delivery vehicles in a safe manner.
• Assist in unloading trucks and containers, inspecting deliveries and noting any damage.

Warehouse / Inventory:

• Organize items according to company standards
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.
• Note inventory discrepancies with manager as needed.
• During downtime and slow periods work on miscellaneous projects including capital projects, building management, and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

About this Position:

This position is currently a temporary, seasonal job that would run now through March, 2024. This position could lead to a full-time, permanent role.
