Job Description:

Graphic Designer

• Experienced Graphic Designer with 8-10+ years experience in branding and visual identity
• Strong understanding of strategy and design thinking
• Passionate about brand design, with a strong eye for good design and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals and typography
• Able to see a project through to completion
• Understanding of brand strategy and ways to execute independently
• Willing to be part of a team and collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters
• Stays up to date with visual trends and competitive landscape
• Confident in building a brand from the ground up
• Ability to explain the strategic thought behind creative decisions
• Experienced Senior Brand Designer

Responsibilities:

• Establish multiple visual directions based off of brand strategy
• Act as Lead Designer from end to end to develop bold, compelling and breakthrough branding
• Collaborate with Art Directors, copywriters, and strategists to ensure the best possible solution

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years related design experience at a creative agency, in-house creative department, or similar environment
• Design portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high proficiency in design fundamentals
• Fluency with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite), Google Slides, and file organization
• Outstanding eye for detail and commitment to consistency
• Solid understanding of logo design, brand guidelines, design systems, and layouts
• Ability to thrive in collaborative teams and take direction
• Willingness to work PT hours (9am-5pm~)
