The Role

The Producer oversees the production and delivery of all our production work, be it photography or video. On some occasions, you need to manage and assist the external production crews that we will be working with. You’ll project manage the process of turning creative ideas into tangible outputs across a variety of media. You must be able to manage multiple projects at any one time and ensure that work is delivered on time, on brief, to the required level of quality, and within budget.

Description and Responsibilities

• Experience in livestream, short form video as well as still photography production.
• Collaborate with internal directors and creative (art/copy) teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and expectations.
• Manage all operational aspects of the production including pre-production, production, workflow, timelines, asset development, delivery and budget tracking.
• Create production schedules, manage SOW process, billing, determine resources, estimate time, track costs and project completion requirements.
• Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
• Ensure the team establishes and maintains appropriate processes to keep deliverables on time and on budget.
• Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems and consistently communicate to stakeholders about updates on progress, process, relevant delays or issues and budget implications.
• Work collaboratively and proactively with internal team and external vendors to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• You sweat the details. are careful in planning and bold in communication. You prefer rolling your sleeves up and getting your hands dirty to fix the problem.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience at a creative agency or production house.
• Knowledge of industry-standard production processes and techniques.
• Have a wide range of contacts for external production crews resources.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate process changes to all necessary internal and external partners.
• Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life of a job (open job numbers, input milestones, track approval flow, etc.).
• Detailed knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or digital creative department.
• Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
• The ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos is essential to this role.
• Ready to jump into any situation, assess and take control.
