Job Description:

The Production Manager plays a pivotal role in our construction company, overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning to completion. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of construction processes, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing construction projects efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Scheduling:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled construction professionals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Resource Allocation:
• Oversee the allocation of equipment, materials, and labor to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to uphold company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Site Supervision:
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality workmanship.
• Address any on-site challenges or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate and present regular progress reports to the executive team and clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Conflict Resolution:
• Act as a point of contact for conflict resolution and problem-solving on projects.
• Mediate disputes and ensure open communication among team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
