Job Description:
Loopla is a web-based events platform that enables parents to quickly find and book activities for their children and businesses to reach new customers and sell tickets.
Job Title:
Experienced UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Utilise a mobile-first approach.
- Disseminate complex requirements into clean and clear user interfaces.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs on Figma for both our B2C parent-oriented website and our B2B business-oriented platform.
- Maintain and continuously update our Design System.
- Work closely with our tech team to ensure the developed webpages are accurate and consistent.
- Plan and run usability testing sessions to evaluate your design hypotheses and ideas.
- Focus on ‘making things simpler’; every business we work with has a different way of doing things!
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or equivalent
- 5+ years of UX/UI experience (experience in both web-based and mobile design is a plus)
- Able to distill complex information and functionality into simple design flows.
- Experience with user testing, conducting user interviews and testing sessions.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- High level of English language.
Team:
You would be working alongside 4-5 full-stack developers and a product owner dedicated to the local events platform Loopla. Our goal is to make user flows as easy and frictionless as possible, to help parents find and book events in seconds.
Office & WFH:
2-3 days’ work a week is required with at least 1 day a week in-office work from Euston.
