Job DescriptionObjectives of this role
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for Artisan Kitchen, Bath & Iron Doors, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for Artisan Kitchen, Bath & Iron Doors’s social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in Artisan Kitchen, Bath & Iron Doors’s marketing campaigns

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments

Duties
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and trends
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Utilize marketing automation tools to create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Optimize website content and landing pages for conversion rate optimization
- Create engaging social media content and manage social media accounts
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including research, strategy development, and execution
- Proficiency in CSS, HTML5, and graphic design for creating visually appealing digital assets
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques and strategies
- Experience with social media marketing and managing social media accounts
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
