BruntWork - Social Media Manager (Instagram Growth & Engagement Expert)

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Florida Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break

Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Instagram Growth Expert to scale their account to 100k+ followers and drive meaningful engagement. This isn’t just about posting content — it’s about building a thriving community, leveraging data, and staying ahead of trends to create real impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Growth Strategy: Build and implement a roadmap to reach 100k+ targeted followers
• Content Creation: Produce, edit, and publish high-performing Reels, carousels, Stories, and Lives
• Engagement Optimization: Write hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive interaction and conversions
• Community-Building: Run collaborations, giveaways, and cross-promotions to accelerate growth
• Analytics & Reporting: Track reach, saves, shares, follower growth, and conversion metrics
• DM Funnels & Engagement: Develop strategies to turn followers into an active community
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of Instagram trends, audios, and algorithm updates

Requirements

• Proven success in scaling Instagram accounts (education, coaching, or real estate niches preferred)
• Deep understanding of Instagram growth algorithms, engagement strategies, and analytics
• Skilled in short-form content creation (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Creative storyteller with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
• Proactive, independent, and growth-focused — you know how to deliver real results, not just manage posting
