Duties

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media channels
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

In Person Requirements

• Must be willing to do live feeds on all social media platforms. BSG is a retail warehouse that sells merchandise to the public. We expect live streaming to take place on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
• Additional marketing opportunities are available if interested.

Experience

• Proven experience in social media marketing and management
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices
• Proficient in proofreading and editing content for grammar, spelling, and clarity
• Familiarity with advertising principles and strategies on social media platforms
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual content
• Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media posts
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and SEM
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales
• Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
