DIGITAL PRODUCER

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Social Digital Producer to join our creative team on a “Contract to Hire” basis. This position will begin as a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to extend or be converted to a full-time position. This unique hybrid role is designed for a creative powerhouse with a passion for weddings and a flair for storytelling. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, polish editorial pieces, and add cinematic magic to our TikTok page, Instagram Reels, and other short-form video projects. If you have a diverse background in writing, editing, content creation, and a love for the wedding industry, we want to hear from you! Remote applicants are encouraged to apply. Please note, normal working hours are 9 AM - 5 PM (M-F), CDT.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging written and visual content for various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Video Editing: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create impactful short-form video content, including narration and voice-over when needed.
  • Social Media Management: Understand the dynamics of TikTok and Instagram Reels, analyze trends, and create content that resonates with our audience.
  • Writing and Video Editing: Adapt blog content and articles into compelling visual stories, maintaining the brand’s voice and style.
  • Analytics and Engagement: Dive into analytics using Google Analytics, conversion tracking to identify key video opportunities.
  • Project Management: Organize media, establish a content calendar, and manage workflow processes using tools like Asana, Trello, or other cloud-based project management tools.

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for Weddings: A strong interest in the wedding industry, with knowledge of trends, styles, locations, ceremonies, receptions, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, TikTok, Instagram Creator Suite, Adobe Creator Suite, Pinterest, and Facebook. Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and content pyramid skills is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing skills, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Creative Instincts: Self-motivated with a natural ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Experience: A diverse background in writing, video editing, and content creation, preferably in the wedding industry. Experience with project management tools is highly desirable.
  • Voice Talent: Comfortable with narrating and providing voice-over for short-form video content.
