Product Designer is needed in Paris, France, France.

Client: Humaniance

Location: Paris, France

Contract: Full Time

Mission:

• Intervene within the Design department of the group, specifically in the e-commerce vertical
• Work closely with the Lead Design and be responsible for the user experience and interface design
• Manage the design process from start to finish, including user discovery, co-design, workshop facilitation, and the production of UX and UI deliverables
• Continuously improve the design through KPIs, data analysis, and AB testing
• Collaborate with developers, conduct testing, and document UX/UI assets

Enjeux:

• Reconcile Web and app design
• Collaborate with the app designer to merge web and app aspects
• Establish new work processes for web and app design
• Upgrade the quality and attractiveness of web interfaces
• Support and train web developers to improve the rendering quality

Conditions de Mission:

• Freelance position (any status is possible, including payroll)
• Starting as soon as possible, around November
• Long-term, renewable contract for 1 year
• Remote work with 2 on-site client visits every 2 weeks
• Daily rate to be determined based on profile

Profil & Competences:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Product Designer in UX and UI
• Significant experience in large-scale B2C e-commerce websites and apps
• Strong proficiency in end-to-end Product Design, with Agile methodology
• Expertise in UI design with a focus on interface quality and attention to detail
• Comfortable facilitating remote workshops and using related tools
• Mastery of Figma
