Overview:

California Technical Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who has a proven track record in companies with revenues exceeding $10M. We specialize in 2D and 3D animated videos and are looking for a high-performing individual to elevate our brand and client acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on long-term growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and forecast financial goals.
• Oversee all marketing channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, and partnerships.
• Analyze and interpret data to gauge marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with sales and production teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in companies with revenues over $10M.
• Provable, measurable results from previous positions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation:

Monthly pay between $6,500 and $8,500.

Additional metrics-based bonuses TBD.
