Job Description:

We are on a mission to reduce the mental turmoil a vast population of students experience from the lack of career uncertainty. With a majority of our lives being work and knowing that the work we choose drastically alters the course of our existence, we aim to bring relief thru career exposure opportunities. We are hiring a mission oriented candidate with a passion for career education to support lost students. We are a design and innovation forward company with deep care for student guidance and success as career indecision is a major epidemic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for being self-sufficient and be able to bring their own expertise, and suggestions to the team. Using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional frontend design. Tech Stack:

• Front End
• React
• Vite
• Mobile first + Progressive Web Apps (PWAs)
• 3D, VR (aframe, Three.js)
• Video processing (Remotion, WebGL)
• Video streaming (WebRTC)
• Back End
• Golang, Node.js, or Python
• REST
• Processing videos using codecs (H.264 or H.265 - HEVC)
• Real Time encoding (VP9 or AV1)
• Streaming infrastructure (HLS, RTC)
• AWS (S3 Buckets, Lambda)
• Web Sockets

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and testing UI for mobile and web applications
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional code

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn within a start-up environment
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Experience building object oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, WebRTC Tech
