Job Description

Essential:

• User experience: Experience with wireframing, prototyping and building interfaces for web applications.
• HTML/ CSS: Familiarity with bootstrap, and responsive layout concepts.
• Experience with, or an interest in developing skills in using No-Code platforms to prototype and build functional web applications.

Advantageous:

• Design skills using platforms such as Figma or XD
• Familiarity with Javascript and the React and Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational database structures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to design and develop software applications
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Test and debug code to ensure proper functionality
• Assist in the implementation of software solutions
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, VBA, etc.)
• Familiarity with APIs and RESTful web services
• Experience with SQL and database management systems (MySQL, etc.)
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary:

£17,236.20 - £35,000.00 per year
