Contract: Part Time
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the production of events, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met
- Develop and implement production event schedules
- Monitor and optimize production workflows to maximize productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate production records and report
Experience:
- Previous experience in a production management role
- Familiarity with operating sound, lighting and video equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
