Advanced Aesthetics Partners is a fast-growing network of Aesthetics Clinics in the UK. Currently we operate 8 clinics that offer safe, high-quality and effective treatments under 2 brands: Simply Clinics and Melior Clinics.

Our doctor-led clinics offer state of the art treatments ranging from laser hair removal to skin treatments and to Botox. We pride ourselves of taking great care of our patients’ needs and we always put them first. We focus on safety and on great results, which has helped us gain multiple awards and build a strong reputation in the industry.

The Role

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a well-rounded and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead Simply Clinics’ marketing department.

As Simply’s Marketing Manager, your goal will be to develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the brand. Among other things, you will have the opportunity to build end-to-end marketing campaigns, work with agencies to supervise our SEO & Paid promotions, and manage our Social Media accounts across different channels.

Responsibilities

  • SEO and paid advertising: Work closely with external agencies to supervise our search engine optimization strategy and to manage our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
  • Social Media & Influencer Management: Lead our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create, curate, and manage content. Identify influencers to collaborate with and manage the relationship with them.
  • Content management: Lead our content strategy across all channels (e.g. Social Media, Website, Blogposts, Newsletter). Select all educational, entertainment or promotional topics for each channel and craft engaging and search-optimized content.
  • Website Management: Lead the maintenance and enhancement of our website, making sure that it clearly reflects our branding and the range of services we offer. Optimize interface for user experience and conversion.
  • Event organization: Plan and execute promotional and educational in-clinic events to engage with our audience.
  • KPI monitoring: Track key performance indicators to assess our marketing efforts and to adjust our strategy.
  • Branding: Lead our clinics’ online and offline branding, ranging from how our clinics look and feel to our holistic (and consistent) digital presence. Engage with the rest of the management team on strategic decisions.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare, cosmetics, or a similar service industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and content marketing.
  • Track record in developing and implementing marketing plans, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage different projects.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects end-to-end.
  • Photography and photoshop/graphic design skills preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
