Summary

Huda Beauty is looking for a talented Freelance UX/UI Designer with a passion for beauty to build digital content for the ShopHudaBeauty.com e-commerce business. This is an opportunity for the right individual to develop a wide range of skills and gain experience working for a fast-growing online business with considerable creative freedom. This role will report into the Senior Global eCommerce Manager and work closely with the Global Marketing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Concept, create and build website content: homepage banners, landing page designs, interactive on-site experiences, webpage wireframes, UX design
• Work with internal team & external agencies to build digital advertising assets designed to drive engagement & sales: email campaigns, paid social media content, paid social ads, programmatic display content, youtube ads, affiliate media content and ads
• Introduce process for concepting ecommerce promotional & content ideas, tracking creative workflow from image requests through to asset execution and work with ecommerce team to develop best practice in creative briefing
• Use digital performance data to inform digital asset creation
• Always be looking to expand digital skillset and test into new digital asset formats
• Work with global marketing, ecommerce performance and website development teams to build webpage wireframes and designs
• Work alongside ecommerce development team to QA the implementation of designs
• Regularly audit the digital site experience to identify UX improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in design, graphic design, digital design etc)
• 4 years of related professional experience in a premium lifestyle brand or design agency. A passion for beauty is preferable, we are looking for someone who can really exercise their creative voice.
• Experience designing in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD
• Experience building all types of digital assets (emails, GIFs, stop-motion videos, display ads, social posts, homepages, landing page experiences etc
• Thorough knowledge of website design, including mobile responsive and app design.
• Must have a passion for user-centered design and possess a curiosity for new technology
• Basic understanding of web development processes – building files for web dev, CMS and front end dev, etc
• Strong organizational skills expected as well as project planning abilities, timeline management & interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) preferred
