Job Description:

We are searching for a creative and strategic Freelance YouTube Thumbnail Designer to help us grow our YouTube channel. Your mission will be to create high-impact thumbnails and suggest engaging titles to boost the performance of our YouTube channel. As a member of our YouTube team, you’ll have the freedom to flex your creative muscles and make a real impact on our channel’s success. Key Responsibilities:

• Thumbnail Creation: Design unique, captivating thumbnails that stand out on YouTube.
• Title Development: Propose catchy, SEO-friendly titles that complement the thumbnails and encourage viewers to click.
• Trend Analysis: Stay on top of current YouTube trends and best practices in our vertical (and beyond) to ensure thumbnail and title strategies are aligned with what’s working on the platform.
• A/B Testing Mindset: Constantly iterate and conduct A/B testing with different thumbnails and titles to increase performance.
• Collaboration: Work with our in-house YouTube team, ensuring a seamless connection between our content and its packaging.
• Feedback Implementation: Use data-driven insights and team feedback to refine and adjust designs for better performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: A compelling portfolio showcasing a track record of successful YouTube thumbnails and a deep understanding of how titles play a role in video performance.
• YouTube Savvy: Deep knowledge of how YouTube content works and what gets people to click and keep watching.
• Creativity: Exceptional creative abilities to conceptualize and execute designs that capture attention and intrigue.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret performance data to inform design choices and improve outcomes.
