Job Description:

As a 3D Modeler, you will play a key role in creating high-quality 3D models and assets for multi-sport, recreation, entertainment, wellness facilities, F&B and events facilities. You will work closely with our creative and development teams to bring concepts to life in a visually compelling manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed and accurate 3D models based on provided concepts, references, and specifications.
• Optimize models for real-time rendering and/or production purposes.
• Collaborate with architects and design team to ensure seamless integration of assets into the final product.
• Assist in the creation of textures and materials, as needed.
• Develop high quality and cutting edge 3D arts.
• Utilize 3D modeling, mapping, texturing, lighting techniques etc. to create visual elements.
• Receiving feedback from various parties and editing your creations based on the comments received.
• Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeller.
• Expert knowledge of V-Ray, Autocad, 3Ds Max, Photoshop etc.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Strong knowledge and experiences in materials/shader/look development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling work.
