Job description Freelance Real Estate Photographer (1099) position in greater Sarasota Area. ImageArts Productions is the largest Real Estate Production (stills/video) company in the Washington State, Puget Sound region with 16 years in business is expanding into the Sarasota market. Cash incentives paid to photographer for bringing new clients into the business, in addition to standard job payouts. Growth opportunities as we expand in the market. We are seeking experienced freelance photographers (with drone and part 107 license) and videographers (preferably applicants can do both) to join our team. Real estate experience is strongly preferred, and we will train in specifics of how to work with our techniques for stills and video. The following equipment is required for photography work: 2020 vintage or newer DSLR, or mirrorless with Full frame or Panasonic GH5/GH6 MFT sensor. Minimum 16mm equivalent wide angle professional zoom lens (16-35 is typical). Professional Speedlight flash Drone with part 107 license (DJI Mavic air2s, Mavic 3 or equivalent required). Professional tripod. Adobe Lightroom/photoshop subscription with current versions of both for pre-production work. The following is required for Video: DSLR or mirrorless with at least 100mpbs bitrate DJI SC3 Gimbal or equivalent. Drone with part 107 (Same requirements as photography) Required for 3D tours: Ricoh Theta V, Z1 SC2, or SC2 for Business, and, ONE RS 1-Inch 360 Edition, X3, or X2 cameras. Monopod with feed to support Z1 camera. An ideal candidate would be a hybrid photo/video professional who is skilled with stills and video with ground and aerial cameras. Lightroom experience is required for end of day photo sorting and prep. Minimal editing is required as we have a dedicated in- house team who handles both stills and video editing. We pay on a per-shoot and services provided basis (stills, aerial, video) that averages $50-$80 per hour and is paid every other Friday. Flexible workdays, hours are typically daylight hours Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Check out our website for examples of our work: www.imageartspro.com.
