Job Duties/Essential Functions:

• Participates in requirements gathering sessions so as to ensure clear understanding of needs as it relates to data collection for analytics purposes, yet equally as important and with respect to other ways the data will be used (e.g. data feeds, fuel segmentation, audience creation, etc.).
• Prepares and presents detailed functional and technical specifications that support digital data collection requirements.
• Develops solutions to specifications on time, within budget and with an impeccable degree of quality and precision to specification.
• Prepares and clearly communicates best in class methods by which clients can effectively optimize digital data collection methods including, but not limited to: Tag Management (e.g. Adobe, Google, Tealium, Ensighten, etc.), Customer Data and Audience Management (e.g. Adobe, Google, Tealium, etc.), Testing and Targeting (e.g. Adobe, Google), Web Analytics (e.g. Adobe, Google, etc.).
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to create a/b tests of new digital features.
• Interacts with other developers, marketers, product managers, and analysts to ensure that the technical solution offers scale and supports business needs.
• Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.

Required:

• Expert in Web Markup, including HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Expert understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and React.
• Proficient understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
• Proficient understanding of JavaScript pre-processing and packaging frameworks such as Babel and Webpack.
• Good understanding of Web Analytics standards and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.
• Ability to effectively present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Full stack experience.
• Adobe or Google analytics experience.
