Job Description

We are seeking a versatile individual to fill the role of Social Media Specialist and Content Writer within our dynamic team. In this combined position, you will play a crucial role in managing our company’s social media presence and creating compelling content to enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Specialist:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Generate and manage content for various social media channels
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media marketing
• Collaborate with other departments to align social media efforts with business objectives
• Manage and promptly respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
• Content Writer:
• Meet with clients to establish strong rapport and understand their content needs
• Utilize graphic design, video editing, photography, and videography skills to create visually appealing content
• Film and photograph content for clients at various locations
• Maintain and curate client social media postings and content
• Display a willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in developing and executing social media strategies
• Proficient in graphic design, video editing, photography, and videography
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and cross-functional departments
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize social media performance
• A proactive mindset with the ability to stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing

Additional Information

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
• Schedule: 4 hour shift
• Language: Spanish (Preferred)
• Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
• Work Location: In person
