Contract: Part Time, Full Time

Job Description

We are GROW, a full-service website design and marketing agency based in Eureka, MO. We are currently seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work with start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting usability testing, and staying current with design trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in a digital agency setting
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design projects and successful outcomes
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Pay and hours based on experience
