Job Description:

We are seeking a contract Social Media Manager to oversee our Instagram ABTS IG, Nina IG, and ABTS and Nina Facebook pages. The primary responsibilities include:

• Posting on Instagram and Facebook 4-5 times a week with different posts on different platforms
• Using lifestyle and scenic Hawaii photos from Angels by the Sea photoshoots and sharing others’ photos with credits
• Increasing followers and page likes using the Instagram follow/unfollow method and posting engaging content
• Responding to messages and inquiries within one hour of receiving them
• Finding 5-10 ambassadors per month who meet specific follower, likes, and comments criteria
• Hosting one Instagram live session per week for 1 hour

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following criteria:

• Prior experience managing social media accounts, specifically Instagram and Facebook
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to source and curate engaging content
• Adept at managing high volumes of messages and inquiries
• Experience in influencer marketing and ambassador outreach
• Active personal social media presence preferred

Additional Information:

• This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1300
• The contract is on a month-to-month basis
• Candidates can choose their own hours
• Applicants must provide their social media account for viewing
• Work location is on the road
