Job Description:

Peak Wildlife Park is seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Videographer. This position is ideal for someone passionate about wildlife and videography, looking to gain hands-on experience in the field. As a part-time videographer, you will have the opportunity to capture amazing footage of the parkโ€™s incredible animals and assist in producing engaging video content for various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Film and capture high-quality videos of wildlife species in different habitats within the park.
  • Assist in the creation and development of promotional videos, educational content, and other multimedia projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Edit and post-process video footage to produce polished and engaging content.
  • Maintain and organise video equipment, ensuring its proper functionality and safety.
  • Contribute creative ideas and concepts for video projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A strong interest in wildlife conservation and a passion for videography.
  • Basic knowledge of videography techniques, camera operation, and video editing software.
  • Demonstrated creativity and the ability to visualise and execute video concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently, even in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in videography or relevant coursework.
  • Must provide a portfolio or examples of previous video work.
