Job Description:

Rootshell Enterprise Technologies Inc. is seeking a Web Developer for one of our clients in Dallas, TX (Hybrid). The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining Oasis UI and interconnections. They will create optimal designs adhering to architectural best practices, consider scalability, reliability, and performance of systems, and make sound design and coding decisions with the customer experience in mind. The Web Developer will conduct code reviews, ensure compliance and security best practices are followed, contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration, and utilize agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles. They will also collaborate on all aspects of product development, align technology roadmaps, and evaluate and identify opportunities to improve security and performance.

Requirements:

• Experience with designing, developing, testing, operating, and maintaining UI and interconnections
• Familiarity with architectural best practices
• Strong design and coding skills
• Experience with code reviews and compliance with development procedures
• Knowledge of compliance and security best practices
• Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks
• Full stack development skills (Frontend, Backend, SQL)
• Agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
• Collaboration skills
• Experience defining requirements and aligning technology roadmaps
• Ability to identify and address security and performance improvement opportunities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
