Job Description

The Video Editor/Content Creator is responsible for creating, producing, and editing videos and photos using Adobe Cloud Suite of products, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom. The role involves providing digital services for producing, editing, and creating videos and content for websites and social media outlets. The Video Editor will also collaborate with web developers to visually tell the story of customers’ businesses through video and photography.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and create videos and content for websites and social media platforms
• Edit existing videos using Adobe Premiere
• Create visually appealing intros and outros for all content
• Assist with narrations of content for social media
• Perform complete testing of functionality of completed work
• Collaborate and contribute to the overall development of the team and internal tools and websites

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe suite of products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom)
• Proficient use of major social media platforms
• Experience with cinematography, drone footage, handheld stabilizers
• Experience with Apple platforms
• Experience administering Windows platforms
• Associate degree or working towards a degree in Video Production
• Proficiency in Adobe Audition
• Knowledge of photography lighting and depth of field
• Experience with WordPress is a plus

Other Information

• Successful candidates will be required to work in person in the Jamestown, NY office
• Internship opportunities are available
• Pay ranges from $15.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience
• Schedules include 4-hour shifts and 8-hour shifts on weekdays
• Ability to commute/relocate to Jamestown, NY is required
