Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to co-lead a product in the Associate Experience pillar. Your responsibilities will include strategic partnership with Product Management, co-development of high-level product strategy, conducting in-depth customer research, ownership of user interface, expertise in prototyping and mockups, and revolutionizing store operations.

- Excellent navigational skills in sophisticated product environments

- Profound depth of expertise in product discovery processes

- Strategic insight and leadership abilities

- Ability to formulate and articulate product strategies aligned with company goals

- Experience in developing comprehensive and flexible product roadmaps

- Advanced customer research skills

- Extensive experience in improving user interfaces

- Proficiency in designing and developing prototypes and mockups

- Deep knowledge and experience in store operations

- Comprehensive understanding and strategic thinking to create impactful solutions

Other Information:

- Location: Cincinnati, Portland, Chicago, San Diego, Charlotte, Boca Raton

- Duration: 6+ months

- Travel may be required to local campus sites and company-wide meetings
