Job Description:

Upscale Care Limited is seeking a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our innovative team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing engaging website designs, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing online presence for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to gather requirements and understand project goals
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
• Implement designs using HTML, CSS, SCSS, and JavaScript
• Optimize websites for search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
• Integrate websites with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Conduct regular website maintenance and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Familiarity with MySQL or other database management systems
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to create wireframes and prototypes using Balsamiq or similar tools
• Understanding of data analysis principles to inform design decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

• Note: Familiarity with Telerik UI components is a plus.
