Job Description:

The UI-UX designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining design wireframes, mockups, and specifications that effectively communicate the design vision. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs. Conducting user research and translating findings into innovative design solutions is an essential part of the role. They will also be responsible for creating user flows, journey maps, and personas to inform design decisions and designing and prototyping interactive user interfaces using industry-standard tools. Ensuring consistency in design language and user experience across different platforms is another key aspect of the role. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall design process and iterating on designs based on feedback and user testing are also important responsibilities. Collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of the design is another crucial aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Portfolio showcasing strong visual and interaction design skills.

• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
