Job Description:
As a Video Editor/Producer, you will be responsible for taking consumer-targeted web content from concept to publication. This includes collaborating with staff to brainstorm content topics, communicating with contributors to ensure deadlines are met, checking all pieces for accuracy and cohesiveness, editing content using appropriate software, improving content through the addition of music, sound, film, artwork, and voiceover, ensuring all published content meets quality standards, and keeping track of developments in digital technology.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages such as Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, Adobe After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing
- Collaborative team player
- Degree in digital editing, video production, or related field
- Creative mind
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills

- Location: Pleasanton, CA or Remote
- Duration: 6 months (potential to extend based on budget and performance)
- Rate Range: $40-$45/hr
