Clear Motivations is looking for a Web Designer/video editor with a keen eye for detail. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated designer/editor who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrives in a fast-paced nonprofit organization. We aim to create an amazing website and video content outlining our company’s representation and mission goals.

What you will do

• Update our existing Wix websites with new weekly content by cleaning up, editing, and developing our page sites.
• Fix the mobile version to match the desktop page.
• Create flyers, posters, brochures, and email campaigns weekly using Canva.
• Create professional forms through 123 forms.
• Providing step-by-step training to an intern interested in web design and video editing. You will be working closely with a participant from the program that is hired in the media & marketing department.
• Assisting with day to day media operations such as, Tik Tok videos for our very own, thrift store.

Maintain a fun but professional attitude with an efficient work ethic that is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Possess a reliable automobile and be willing to transport a client (if required).
• Possess a valid California Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Valid vehicle Registration and Insurance are required.
• Clear background check and drug screen pass.
• No experience is necessary. We train you!
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift over 25 lbs.
• First Aid / C.P.R. certificate completion (provided by CM)

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person

Schedule: Day shift
