Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Senior UX Designer to join a leading technology first business, joining a team to help drive the direction of User-Centred Design (UCD) practice, with a focus on inclusive design. As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the future of digital services, working within an established team but taking a senior approach, working with stakeholders to bring in UX early, and mentoring some more junior members of the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience across UX Design
• GDS experience / .GOV
• Experience working on designing customer facing websites and/or apps
• The ability to turn complex requirements into simple, clear interactions and interfaces
• Speed in producing and validating ideas through iterative design
• Experience with Figma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
