Job Description:

• 11-15 years of experience.
• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software.
• Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications.
• Primary responsibilities include design, development, delivery, and enhancement of Client-Server/Web-Based/Cloud-Based/Mobile Software Applications using application software development languages/environments with .NET/ASP/Visual C#.
• Must have experience with .NET/ASP/Visual C#, SQL Server, SQL/Procedural Language.
• Hands-on experience with any of the following is favorable: Java, XML, HTML, JavaScript, BPEL, PHP, and WebLogic.

Requirements:

• 11 yrs troubleshooting production problems related to software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 11 years of Proven experience in IT field with focus on the technical reporting, system setup, data analysis, and analytics.
• 8 years of experience with Visual Studio 2010 and later versions with .Net Framework 2.0-4.6.2 with C# and VB
• 11 years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies within a distributed (n-tier) architecture.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, have the ability to work well in a team, collaborating with developers, etc.
• 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications that interact with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• 3 years of ETL experience in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence platforms (experiences with ETL Tools like SSIS/Informatica/Data Stage)
• 8 years of experience in developing applications using C#, ASP.NET
• 5 years of experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and front-end (e.g., Cognos)/back-end programming languages (e.g. SQL)
• 3 years of experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Service Oriented Architecture
• 3 years of experience with LINQ (Language-integrated Query) in your previous projects?
• 5 years of experience with any of JIRA/Bugzilla/HP ALM tools
• 5 years of experience with Databases using ADO.NET

Additional Information:

• Location: Washington, DC (ONLY LOCALS)
• Duration: 12 months contract
• Client: DC Govt, Agency: DHS
