Job Description:

Kaizen Analytix LLC is seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience in Salesforce. This is a contractor position that requires a commitment of 35-40 hours per week for approximately 2-3 weeks. Responsibilities for this role include:

• An excellent technical understanding of Salesforce languages, frameworks, and key technical aspects of Salesforce integrations.
• The ability to deliver full solutions to business problems based on given requirements, either independently or as a part of a team.
• Experience in migrating data between systems and integrating systems.
• Leading technical requirements sessions, architectural documentation, and building and testing solutions.
• Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform.
• Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements.
• Developing custom solutions and interfaces.
• Managing technical scope and client expectations.
• Providing expert assistance to developers for technical issues.
• Designing and executing test plans to ensure quality solutions.
• Demonstrating technical thought leadership.
• Conducting code reviews.
• Coaching and mentoring junior developers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong background in design and development of large internet or client-server systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database design, and the SDLC.
• Extensive previous experience in implementing technologies such as VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.
• Client-ready written and oral communication skills.
• Position Type: 1099 Contractor.
