Job Description:

Join an amazing design team and work with talented design specialists to craft TV product experiences on Sky Glass and Sky Stream. You will support the team in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UX direction for Sky’s products, come up with innovative ideas, complete UX design work adhering to best practices, work on key work streams within the UX Design Team, maintain an efficient design delivery process, collaborate with other design disciplines and product teams, act as a mentor to UX Designers, and stay updated on emerging design, UX, and technology trends.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in UX design
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience with UCD design principles and methodologies
• Demonstrable understanding of UCD, human interface guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into customer-centric designs
• Experience running discovery and design workshops
• Proficiency in agile delivery methodologies
• A keen eye for maintaining consistency of UX guidelines, principles, templates, and assets
• Proficiency with tools and software such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience designing for TV or Commerce is an advantage
