Job Description

We are a fragrance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire. We are seeking a passionate and proactive marketing professional to join our small team. This role will involve various marketing activities and digital campaign management across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital campaign management: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok
• General marketing activities
• Video, image, and content creation and editing using software
• Managing relationships with influencers
• Planning and organizing content for social media channels
• Editing and updating Shopify blog posts, product pages, and collections through content writing
• Managing email marketing
• Managing and updating online platforms
• Generating relevant ad hoc reports with key takeaways
• Managing the overall SEO strategy
• Identifying PR opportunities

Requirements

Skills and Personal Qualities:

• High level of English and grammar knowledge
• Works well both in a team and individually
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep calm under pressure
• Knowledge of posting/scheduling posts across all social media channels
• Passion for marketing, photography, and social media

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of marketing experience preferred
• 1 year of social media experience
