JOB DESCRIPTION

Genesis Landscapes is seeking a freelance/part-time marketing manager to showcase our work and help us obtain enough clients to achieve our goal of doubling our project capacity and construction crew within the next year. The marketing manager will be responsible for advertising and driving traffic to our website through various strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Located in Sacramento County
• Current driver’s license and vehicle to photograph and video projects (Smart phone photos/videos preferred)
• Reliable, creative, communicative
• Knowledge and experience of traditional and trending marketing strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research
• Proficient in and/or certified in Google Analytics

JOB DUTIES

• Creating content for Instagram posts, reels, stories 4-5x/week
• Social media engagement to share knowledge, increase awareness, and turn fans into customers
• SEO optimization
• Online ad creation on Google, Instagram, and Nextdoor
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions and adjust strategies and allocate resources as needed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Job Type: Part-time
• Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
