Job Description

Theme Studios has an opportunity for a Freelance Studio Assistant to work at the studio in Charnock Richard, Chorley. You will have a good all-round experience of using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Express, Infinity Photo, and knowledge of Microsoft Word also advantageous. As a studio assistant, you will be responsible for getting things ready for the shoots, ensuring all equipment is set up. Other duties will include helping out with Camera Workshops, Tutorials, Themed Events, Studio Hire, and a little paperwork. Would also involve handling cash for shoots and you would be expected to open up and close the studio and greet clients, photographers, and models who come to the studio. Must have access to a vehicle due to the location of the studio, and you will be paid travel time at £10.42.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years photography studio experience (essential)
• Experience in finding new talent (but not essential)
• Proven ability to greet people attending the studio
• Demonstrated how to setup studio lights and backdrops
• Knowledge and experience of working on Windows computers
• Experience using WordPress Platform and Plugins
• Experience using a schedule booking system
• Knowledge of using Photoshop
• Knowledge using Adobe Express
• Knowledge using Infinity Photo
• Experience using tethering
• Knowledge using Microsoft Word
• Knowledge in using Excel

Must Have

• Driving License and access to a vehicle
