Job Description
Are you a seasoned marketing strategist with a passion for creative design? Join C3 and play a pivotal role in crafting engaging digital content and strategic marketing initiatives aimed at reaching individuals outside the church and engaging our church community to progress on their discipleship pathway.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Branding
- Lead C3’s digital strategy for impactful outreach and engagement.
- Collaborate with departments, oversee social media strategies, and maintain the church marketing calendar.
- Ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns aligned with our communication plan.
- Drive PR for in-house and community events and manage digital marketing.
Website Development & Mobile App Marketing
- Manage StudioC tool integration and lead strategies for congregation engagement.
- Elevate the Next Steps dashboard’s use and impact within our congregation.
- Maintain and enhance C3’s digital presence, ensuring continuous updates, redesigns, plugin implementation, and seamless hosting management of our website and mobile app.
- Constantly refine the UI/UX of digital platforms, providing insights based on site analytics and SEO.
Graphic Design
- Design printed marketing materials, logos, event graphics, and digital graphics.
- Prepare materials according to print shop specifications for flawless execution.
- Lead print and digital graphic projects, ensuring cohesive branding and compelling visual communication.
Experience & Qualifications
- C3 Engagement: Regular, in-person attendance at C3 Tri-Cities on Sundays while in town is essential.
- Spiritual Maturity: Demonstrating spiritual maturity and alignment with Biblical requirements for church leadership is crucial.
- Marketing Expertise: Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, adept with social media and content strategies.
- Website Development: 2+ years, preferably with Wordpress.
- Graphic Design: Minimum 5 years, Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency, print production experience.
- Analytical Proficiency: Strong data-driven skills, 2+ years with SEO and Google Analytics preferred.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent grammar, crafting engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field with a robust digital portfolio.
- Non-profit Experience: Preferred.
