Job Description
As a Videographer & Editor at Creative Hospitality Group, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand presence through compelling visual content. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging videos for new products, promotions, events, and influencer collaborations. As a key member of the marketing team, you will contribute significantly to our multi-brand success on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video and photo content tailored for various platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Attend key company events to capture video and photographic content.
- Handle the entire video production process, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers and graphic designers to create engaging video content for campaigns, including interviews with guests, staff, and influencers.
- Film new product and menu launches across our brands.
- Create short blog posts to complement video content for platforms like LinkedIn and our websites.
- Ensure consistent and quality video editing for various uses.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, video content formats, and tools to create effective and creative content.
Requirements
- Experience producing creative content on multiple social media platforms, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in creating content using the Adobe suite.
- Strong videography and video editing skills, whether using an iPhone or other recording equipment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Ability to manage multiple brand initiatives simultaneously and react quickly to opportunities in a growing company.
- Team player who can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations departments to align with company goals.
- Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Commitment to working in both Swansea and Cardiff venues.
- Flexibility to work during peak nights and ad hoc for specific events.

- Job Type: Part-time
- Expected hours: 30 per week
