Job Description

As a Web Designer at Hugo Fox, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the Hugo Fox website as well as appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our brand and meet the needs of our clients and target audiences. You will meet with clients to identify their needs, draw up website specifications, design sample page layouts, create graphics and animations, and ensure the website is in line with company branding policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for proofreading content, editing web pages, and collaborating with web developers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers
• Familiarity with working with templates on dynamic sites
• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently deliver presentations
• Ability to teach oneself technical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Eligibility to work in the UK

About Us

Hugo Fox is a Hampshire based company that created a proprietary software for clients to build their own websites. Our client base consists of parish councils, bowls clubs, not-for-profit organizations, local charities, community organizations, and local businesses. We are an online company, but have office space available in Andover. Currently, we have 4 staff members.

Job Details

• Salary: £22k - £28k per annum (Dependent on experience)
• Days/Hours: Full-time and part-time hours available
• Location: Remote working, office space available in Andover
