Job Description

We are looking for candidates that are multidiscipline oriented (Graphic, video, photo, web, and storytelling) that can help us grow and lead our creative department. The candidate must also have a real-world portfolio showcasing legitimate website/graphic design skills. You will work on different projects for our customers and within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare & produce high-quality graphics
• Prepare & produce high-quality website mockups
• Create & Design Websites using Wordpress, HTML5, CSS
• Design & execute a website strategy that maximizes user experience.
• Create professional marketing materials
• Perform research on current trends and audience interests
• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with organizational goals
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Post to Google Local and monitor Google analytic stats
• Oversee website and social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
• Facebook / Instagram, etc. - Advertising Creation
• Envision and design images & content for email marketing campaigns

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) in graphic design, marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar position
• Minimum 1-year experience in Illustrator & Photoshop
• Minimum 1-year experience in WordPress
• Minimum 1-year experience in HTML5 & CSS (Preferred)
• Advanced Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Medium to Advanced Knowledge in Video Editing/ AE Animations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Pass a background check
• Must live within reasonable commuter distance.
• Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Have a strong understanding of industry trends and website design principles.
• Video shooting a plus
• Photography a plus
• Ability to write content for multiple business types, for various uses such as website content & blog topics.
• Ability to think out of the box, on how you can take marketing efforts to the next level

Other Information

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
