Job Description:

At Johnny Flash Productions, we are seeking a part-time digital marketing account manager to support our monthly digital marketing clients through SEO and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, a keen attention to detail, and customer service qualities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee SEO/Google Ad work being done by technician(s)
• Manage SEO/Google Ad requests from clients
• Communicate with clients and assign tasks to technicians
• Perform quality assurance testing of completed SEO and Google Ad work
• Contact clients when their assistance is needed
• Send assignments to copywriters, follow up, and review optimized posts
• Improve SEO and Google Ad processes for clients
• Have weekly status update calls with technicians
• Review proposed SEO for new websites
• On-board new SEO and Google Ad clients
• Ensure accurate reporting to clients
• Help troubleshoot Google Analytics and Google Tag issues

Requirements:

• English fluency
• Knowledge of the WordPress CMS platform
• Great understanding of SEO strategy and implementation
• Comfortable making screen recordings for clients
• Comfortable getting on Zoom or phone calls with clients
• Comfortable speaking and directing SEO/Google Ad technicians

Schedule:

• Dedicated 3 - 4 hours a day / 15 - 20 hours a week
• Weekly team check-in call on Mondays at 10 am EST
• Occasional strategy call with clients as needed (1-2 per week)
• Other check-ins as available

Additional Information:

• Location preference: Ideally located in the United States in Eastern Timezone, or located elsewhere in the U.S. but comfortable working during ET.
• Job Type: Contract
• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
