Job Description:

The role of the Graphic Designer is to provide in-house graphic design expertise for the Brand & Image creative team. This includes delivering high standard digital graphic design solutions, maintaining relationships with online and marketing teams, and creating and delivering digital assets for shopDisney and social media channels.

Requirements:

• Degree in graphic/web design or equivalent
• Significant understanding of digital design
• Proven design and production skills
• Working knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro (beneficial)
• Previous experience using Jira, Google Docs (preferable)
• Previous retail ecommerce experience (preferable)
• Strong graphic design and product design skills
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe CC suite (Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Excellent understanding of responsive web design and content management systems (CMS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Commercially astute and strategic mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent high quality work
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Creative thinker who supports risk taking within company guidelines

• Accountable for delivering on agreed performance commitments
• Accountable for delivering complex digital design projects
• Accountable for maintaining awareness of creative calendar and meeting dates
• Accountable for attending and contributing to brainstorming sessions
• Accountable for cultivating and maintaining productive relationships
• Accountable for meeting briefs within defined budget
• Accountable for complying with corporate guidelines

Additional Information:

• Contribution to ad-hoc projects as required
• Flexible hours may be required
• Four days per week in the Hammersmith office
